Also know as SETH is a First Time Homebuyer Bond Programs for your home purchase. These programs typically have two choices available for eligible homebuyers.
Option 1: First Time Homebuyers
- 5.25% 30 Year Fixed Mortgage Interest Rate
- Down Payment Assistance (3% Grant based on the Mortgage Loan Amount
Option 2: Not a First Time Homebuyer* or Without a Grant
- 4.75% 30 Year Fixed Mortgage Interest Rate (no grant)
Program coverage areas include the counties of Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Liberty, Matagorda, Waller, Walker & Wharton and the cities of: Baytown, Deer Park, Dickinson, La Marque, La Porte, League City, Pasadena, Santa Fe, Shoreacrest, Texas City and Tomball.
